STAY AWAY FROM VODACOM

Well i must say Vodacom does it again. I had a problem with 1 off my cell phones. I phoned Vodacom on 082111 and asked if this phone was under gaurantie, and i was asked strange question like what kind cotrack this phone taken on and how old the contrack was or should i say the phone. Well i have been with Vodacom for about 11 years and never was i told that a phone can not be fixed because another sim card was used in the phone. This is really. I spent over R1700 each month on my Vodacom account and this is the thanx i am getting for being a loyel customer off Vodacom. This is not the 1st time i will be losing a cell phone which is still under warinie because off the polisys off Vodacom. It makes a person think twise no wait 4 time about renewing there contract with Vodacom. This will also be not the 1st time i am having problems with VODACOM. I am sure that our other network providers will be off better service that VODACOM. Great job Vodacom on keeping your customers happy lol what a joke
