A couple of weeks ago I complained about my phone dropping calls, no service, no signal, etc.
A Vodacom representative then reported that the problem has been solved. Well this was a lie, as the service I am still receiving has not changed.
E-mails, phone calls and promises were made but still no "Service". Apparently there is a problem in the Gordon's Bay area, to which Vodacom does not want to admit to. So in the meantime I am still paying my monthly contract fee, of which I am receiving a "shocking service".
I appeal to other Vodacom users in the Gordon's Bay area, experiencing the same problem to lodge it on this site and maybe then it will be resolved!
To the Vodacom representitive who will be responding to this, I suggest that you get all your facts right prior to responding!!!
