Vodacom should have a very long list of my complaints which goes back to 2011 when i bought my first Blackberry. The complaint was that of a very poor signal. i was continually that it was the phone but i insisted that they should send a Technician to our area to test the signal as i know of many other Vodacom Customers who experience the same issue. when phoning Vodacom Customer Care i am told to change settings on my phone, switch it off & then on again & all sorts of tricks. My husband bought me a new Blackberry with 3G in Feb thinking all would be fine but to my disappointment the problem persists. The 3G is just not available only EDGE. today i have tried making phone-calls was cut-off several times and my BBMessages are not going thru and this happens on a regular basis that the messages have to be re-sent. My question is WHAT IS VODACOM GOING TO DO ABOUT THIS? THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL BRING THIS TO THEIR ATTENTION! I WILL CANCEL THIS CONTRACT & MOVE TO MTN AS IT IS CLEAR THAT VODACOM CANNOT HONOUR THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT & I WILL MAKE IT PUBLIC AS I HAVE SEVERAL FRIENDS WHO HAVE THE SAME COMPLAINT IN OUR TOWN!!
