Very poor service

I took out a contract on the 4th of may, where there was told to me that they don't have stock at the moment, i was told they will let me know as soon as they know about when the stock is arriving, its the 12th today and i haven't heard anything from cellc en they cannot tell me when their stock is going to arrive... this is unacceptable
