I am very disgusted with Vodacom, my fiance took out a top up R49.00 with Vodacom.

After 2 years of his number being disconnected from the network he gets a message saying he owes Vodacom R620.00 . He phoned the contact centre querying why his number wasn't making or receiving calls and he couldn't send smses nor receive this queries was made in 2011! he was told that his number was taken of the network. We through a well in that case let's buy a new sim card which we did and worst of all a vodacom sim! No one tried to make contact with him regarding this account nor did he receive any documents stating that he needs to pay this for 3 years!

Now he is ITC listed just because someone at VODACOM never did their job properly. Why must my fiance be held liable for Vodacom's mistakes???
Im sure VODACOM can see on there system when all calls was made!
