Vodacom has blacklisted me for an account that they are aware was opened in my name last year, they didnt even bother to notify me that this was going on i only found out last week when i wanted to open an account at a retail store. I was told to go to the vodashop to find out about this and when i got there i was informed that an account was opened in my name and vodacom was aware that it was opened. So why am i blacklisted for something that they know was not opened by me? And why was i not notified when they found out? My life is on hold because of vodacom's actions i cant open any accounts and even when i apply for jobs i am told about my credit record.
I would like vodacom to rectify this as in yesterday, i contacted their customer care center requesting a letter that states that they are aware thtat a account was opened and they still havent gotten back to me. Why must i suffer for something i didnt do?
