Opening of Accounts and no prope

I still can't get it as to how can a person open and account without my original ID . On the 20 of March 2013 Vodacom credited my FNB account without my knowledge i later phone Vodacom on the 22 of March who confirmed that I have two accounts with them opened during the month of March that i never, the problem is that i never lost my ID and I always keep my ID in a Safe place I am wondering as to how can Vodacom allow a person to open an account without a proper verification of persons details. Now I been trying to get them to fix the mess and they want a Certified Copy of ID, Affidavit and Bank statement but they never asked a stranger who opened the accounts without those affidavit, original ID, Bank Statement and/or certified Copy. Been trying to Fax these details but Vodacom they give me different response to my case. Why must i be the one Phoning and Faxing them spending my hard earned cash because someone at Vodacom didnt do his Job right. I want Vodacom to Refund me the money that they deducted and close those accounts as i never applied for a cellphone contract with them.
