Ok first of all I gave Virgin Mobile a chance to respond by filling in the form on their website, it has been over a month now and no response. Virgin offers R10 free airtime with every R30 paid airtime used, I have now used R180 and only got my free airtime twice, on top of that I was "awarded" 1000 free smses however I am still being charged for smses. It is not my problem if they have moved to a new system and I am not interested in excuses. I want what is owed to me and I want what was promised to me. That was the main reason both myself and wife moved from Vodacom to Virgin Mobile even though their service, support and network signal is mediocre and sadly below average. So let me know if im going to get the services I was promised or not. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
