In April I upgraded my contract by paying of my handset fee and got a new phone under the Flexi Top Up package. From paying R299 per month then I will be paying R399.00. This new contract entitled me to 200 sms, 200mb and talk upto 1000. So far I have received nothing of the so called package however I'm been billed for it. Over the weekend I couldn't send sms when I enquire from the call centre "its because you have no airtime"! What happened to the FREE SMSES??? The past two months I have spend so much money on airtime because of SYSTEMS at Virgin. Systems don't talk people... get that into your heads!!! You hide your incompetence behind systems. The debit for 01/05/2013 was not loaded by Virgin now I'm getting billed double this month... whose PROBLEM is that..THE SYSTEM AGAIN? I want someone to call me and reduce my talk limit to R300 per month which is something that I requested with the incompetent Clearwater Mall shopkeepers. Also to tell ME WHEN WILL I GET MY FREE SMSES, FREE DATA AND AIRTIME??? OR SHOULD I BE ASKING THE SYSTEM THESE QUESTIONS???
