After cancelling my virgin mobile contract due to the terrible customer service and poor networks I now face A new problem.
When my account migrated from contract to prepaid I should have kept all my available airtime but no, virgin is not giving me this airtime... its been a week now where I've had no airtime which I have paid for. I consider this to be and will be contacting the ombudsman and CPA if virgin does not resolve this by cob 26 August 2013.
