NO SATISFATION AFTER BEING PROMISED

This referes to my previous complained on the 04.11.13 about virgin mobile, and after being called and emailed by kagiso and being promised that everything will be sorted out, my airtime and billing has not been sorted i ahd used all my airtime as appose to having 1000 free sms, i am now left with NO AIRTIME. i replied to his email with regard to HIS CHAMPS CALLING ME BACK it is now a week later and had no response, and i wonder if MY CONTRACTS HAS BEEN CANCELLED, i have had enough of VIRGIN MOBILE AS THEY ARE THE MOST INEFFICIENT SERVICE PROVIDER FULL OF PROMISES BUT NO ACTION. I would like this matter to be resolved or i will take further steps.
