Excellent Service

My wife's cellphone contract was recently due for an upgrade which was done add Paarl Vodacom 4U after no response was received from Vodacom Paarl Mall.

At Paarl mall a specific phone was requested, the trainee took down her details and said he will phone her to tell her if they can get the phone and when it will be there. I then requested that we complete the documentation so long so when the phone arrive, most of the paper work is done. I was then told that it was 10min before closing time... to make matters worst, we are still waiting for the phone call...

Three weeks later we went to Vodacom 4U. We asked for the same, specific colour phone which was not in stock. Bernice told her that the phone will be there the next week Monday. We completed the necessary paper work and was phoned the next week Monday to come and collect the phone.

They then went the extra mile buy putting the phone on charge the day before collection and transferred all my wife details from the old to the new phone. Well done Bernice and thanks for the good service.
