Got a cell phone but can not use it!!!

From Friday I`m battling with VIRGIN MOBILE. They upgraded there sever. I never receive my monthly airtime or my 1000 free smses. The airtime I had got used up. When I try and load airtime it rejects it. I call the call centre from Friday till this morning no luck just apologise of the inconvince. What about my inconvince? Having a cell phone I can`t use.
