I am on a pre-paid sim card, and often buy the R35 and R50 vouchers from Virgin Mobile.
When I buy the R35 voucher, it says "500 free smses", and the R50 voucher says "1000 free smses".
I know for a fact that I have well over 1000 smses owed to me. But on Sunday (5 May) I tried to sms someone and it failed. I checked my airtime, and it was on R0.00. It often gets to that though, and I still have free smses to use.
What infuriates me is that I was given free smses, then all of a sudden they were cancelled without warning. No sms notification, nothing. Just all of a sudden no free smses.
Surely I am still owed at least the ones I still had left over from previous purchases?!
