VAS NOT DEACTIVATED ON UPGRADE

July 2012 is when I had done a pre mature upgrade at the melrose branch.

I had upgraded from a Blackberry 8520 to an Iphone 4s.

Assuming that I had BIS activated and I had Upgraded to and Iphone it should have been DEACTIVATED upon the 24 month!!!

As Vodacom being my Network provider / Service provider I would think that I would asleast be notified that i had needed to call or go into a store to DEACTIVATE the BIS VAS.

However I was NOT notified...

Having said this I have been billed ever since and I request that I get Refunded as it is only fair.

I know that you are able to see whether or not I have in this time used a Blackberry with this sim card and i assure you that this has not been the case!!!
