SHOCKING VODACOM BILLING SYSTEM!!!

I upgraded to an IPHONE 14 months ago. I was so shocked when I realised that Vodacom still billed me R60 a month for BIS (BLACKBERRY SERVICE) I CAN NOT even use anymore because of my IPHONE! I paid R840 too much over a period of 14 months. This all because Vodacom's system is ridiculous! I never had a problem with my bill before, so I did not study my bill in detail. I believed that as THE BIGGEST service provider of cellphones in SA, their system will be correct and they wont be unethical.
Returning to the store I upgraded they told me that it was my responsibility, as CONSUMER, to ask them to deactivate my BIS. How ridiculous is their system that when you upgrade to an IPHONE, their system still allows a BLACKBERRY SERVICE to be activated on your profile. I know NOTHING about cellphones and Vodacom's systems. How will I know to ask them to deactivate BIS if they don't tell me that it is still activated? That is just a way of making more money, exploitation of LOYAL clients.
I am very upset and won't recommend Vodacom Northridge Mall Bloemfontein to anyone. I am still waiting for the manager to phone me back after they told me 3 days ago he will phone and explain. POOR SERVICE!!!
