I upgraded from a BlackBerry to an iPhone 5 in December last year.

By pure luck I just found out that since my upgrade I have still being paying for BES, although I don't have a BlackBerry anymore. Does Vodacom not realise that if I upgrade to an iPhone I will no longer require BES???

I did my upgrade at the Vodashop in Eastgate and they did not even ask me whether or not I would like to cancel the BES.

I phoned customer care now to cancel the BES and request a refund only to be told that I need to request a refund from the store that did the upgrade. This is utter rubbish!!

Vodacom take money from me everything month, they should be able to refund me without me having to go to the store. I do not have the time to go to the store.

Why should I be inconvenienced for a mistake that Vodacom made?!?!?

Vodacom can refund me and claim the money back from the store. I really do not care about Vodacom's internal policies and procedures, I just want my money back!
