I use to have a Blackberry, I upgraded in the beginning of July and got an Apple. I checked my statement this month and noticed that I was still being billed for the Blackberry Internet Services even though I use an Apple. I phoned Vodacom and notified them and I was told that I needed to deactivate it and that the person who helped me with the upgrade should have notified me. I feel that Vodacom is dishonest as some family members and friends of mine complained about the exact thing. How many people actually check their statements? So if a 1000 people dont check their statements and they are still being billed for the BIS then Vodacom is making a pretty penny and being dishonest.
