This morning we received a call from chantelle from Vodacom who wanted to persuade my father and I to upgrade our phone packages. My father told her he was currently unemployed but she insisted on upgrading us. I asked to speak to her and was rudely spoken to when I said that I am quite happy with the type of contract I have now and was asked if I had actually looked at my bill lately? Once I said I had and that I was staying within my package limits she said " Well okay mam then carry on spending your money they way you want! " This is such disgusting behavior! It seems Vodacom no longer cares about retaining customers but all about making money!!!
