Can Vodacom please sort out my billing of my BIS?
I had it activated for about 2-3 weeks in March because I lost my previous iPhone and then deactivated it as I got an new iPhone. When the new billing cycle started it was still activated thus Vodacom charged me for the next month up front (as is their policy with subscriptions) but the BIS was deactivated within a day or 2 after the cycle changed.
But now Vodacom is charging me for a full months BIS and I thought they would correct it on the next billing cycle's account and give me a credit, but that did not happen.
I activated the BIS on the Vodacom website on my account and deactivated it there as well.
Vodacom, I am not letting this go and I want my credit on the BIS that was not used nor was active as you charged it.
Do the right thing please. Thank you
