Poor billing service

I turn to believe now you are failing me due to countless emails I sent with regard to May statement.

I received the statement and was busy communicating with a guy name: Dumisane who even did call me several time.

Please check the email I sent below...

I just received my April statement and it is not impressive at all. Common mistake I realised is that on the 2nd April I sent enough smses including 45 I get after spending first 5.

On the 4th from 16:49:09 (time) smses started to repeat itself. The same happened on the 5th April where smes repeated twice and even others repeated up to 4 times.

I just checked with the phone I'm using and find out that, It has sent sms once to a specific number. This has happened in the past but not in this huge scale that I really do not understand. I've been using the service for sometime and this time it just caught my breath away.

Kindly check and please give me a positive feedback to close this case. I cannot send 1 same sms 4 times to a person
