On SAT the 4th of May i walked in to the nashua mobile at northgate shopping center, Portia helped me fill out my application. the deal i chose was the Cell C 100 contract Galaxy S4, as my current number is already with Nashua mobile but on prepaid, i wanted to just port my current number, this proved to be an issue as we could not get hold of IT at the time. just under 2hrs later i was told that i should get the phone in the next 2 - 3 working days. on Tue i email the store asking what's the status of my contract, were they able to port the number. i got no response. when calling the store Busi or mbuso informed me that the deal needs to be sent off to I.T. being quite annoyed at the time i told him to cancel the contract, he said he will get Portia to call me and update me. SHE DID NOT CALL, i decided to drive to the Northgate store on Wednesday, the day the phone was suppose to be delivered. Anne told me that she could not find anything on the system. SO THIS MEANS I NEED TO WAIT ANOTHER 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR THE PHONE. MY SATURDAY MORNING WAS WASTED. we decided to not port my number and get a brand new contract. this menas i needed to bring the sames docs from SAT.
