I went into a Nashua Mobile store at Gateway in Durban at the end of May, requesting that my cellphone contract is cancelled as my 2 years was up and I wanted to port to Cell C. A lady in the store assisted me, explaining everything was arranged, and at the end of June I could port to Cell C. I subsequently took out a Cell C contract, beginning in July, however Nashua Mobile did not effect the port. despite more than 20 phone calls to Nashua Mobile I still remain without any progress. I am now paying for two cellphone contracts at the same time, and everyone at Nashua keeps giving me a different story. There is not a single soul who can assist me, and I am left with no options of how to effect this port. NASHUA YOU HAVE 48 HOURS TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE OTHERWISE IM CANCELLING MY DEBIT ORDER AND REPORTING YOU TO THE OMBUDMAN. I WANT A MANAGER WHO ACTUALLY UNDERSTANDS THE PROCESS TO PHONE ME AND RESOLVE THIS IMMEDIATELY. I ALSO DEMAND THAT YOU CREDIT ME FOR THE CELLPHONE CONTRACT FROM THE END OF JUNE UNTIL THE NUMBER IS PORTED..
