I purchased a phone by contract through their online system about 2weeks ago. First of all MTN did not communicate with me to when I should expect the delivery of my phone, I had to call them myself to confirm this just to find out they use a third party and only when I called was I given a tracking number. I received the phone finally on Monday and activated the SIM card as stated and waited the necessary 24 hours the sim was still not working, I called them once again just to be told they forgot to RICA my SIM card I was told to wait another 24hours and still the SIM card is not activated. I called the call centre once again and I have been taken from one side to another with no solution to my problem. I am not impressed with the service delivered there is no communication between MTN and there clients it's very disappointing. Everyone I have communicated with has stated that they had the same problem with the online ordering system I am not impressed at all.
