Nashua mobile cannot do a simple port in and new contract on a cell c contract. I arranged a new Cell C contract for my daughter on the 15 Dec on an Iphone 5. Rx the handset and was promised that her old number would be port from a Vodacom prepaid onto the contract on the 6th Jan. Today Nashua can still not do the port and after at least 10 calls to the Nashua call centre raised issues to the manager and visited the store three times - nothing is working - no port in and the old pre paid still is active. When calling in Nashua have no records of the port in number and no clue how to fix this.
A MONTH TO DO A SIMPLE MOBILE NUMBER PORT and a new CONTRACT - what a bunch of absolute fools.
