In April this year I wanted to port my number to Nashua Mobile from Vodacom as I already have a account with Nashua Mobile. After numerous visits to the branch in Sandton City, they struggled to get the number ported over. The consultant that was dealing with this suggested that i move the number to Pay as you go and then they will be able to port the number over. I followed this advice and completed the move to pay as. I waited a few weeks and on the 4th of May I went into the branch to to get my account sorted out. This still did not help, I spent the whole morning (4 Hours) to get my account moved over to my account. The consultant eventually told me to take the phone that I wanted and go home they will sort out the contract on the Monday Morning. I was told to go to the Vodacom Store to get a Micro Sim for the device. When I called Nashua Mobile after the first month they told me that that there is an account that has no activity on it but that I am been charge for it. The number I still do not know and I have been charged for this every month since May. After calling Nashua Mobile and go into the branch no one wants to take ownership of this and I am losing money.
