We went to get a phone at the Nashua Mobile in Northgate and were told they were out of stock. The contract was processed at the Northgate store however there were no phones in stock at the store so we were told to wait four hours for the contract to be processed and then we may collect the phone at the Nashua Mobile in Fourways. The Northgate Employee (Muzi) gave us a call to tell us that we may go collect the phone. When arriving at the Nashua Mobile in Fourways the assistant there (Princess) told us we were unable to take the phone due to the fact that Muzi had already made a request to the warehouse to pack the phone and therefore they could not give us a phone from their store. We asked for the manager of the store (Wessel) who responded with it not being his issue and that there was nothing he could do, we would have to take it up with Muzi. He later left a store and left to Princess who also said there was nothing she could do. We eventually made a call to the Northgate branch where we were told Muzi was unavailable and then that he had left the store.

Cannot believe we still have a contract with such a pathetic company.
