I (thought I had) ported from Nashua Mobile to Cell C.
I filled in the forms weeks before and on that day the Cell C salesman walked across to Nashua Mobile Store (Pavilion, Westville) with my documentation to ensure all was in order.
On 1 September, the port date, he again went across to ensure all was ok.
Since then- once I had no network coverage from Cell C, and after I took it up with them, I am told that Nashua Mobile have not authorised the port because my id and contract number are incorrect, and I am on a corporate contract- all of which is not true.
So I wait. And wonder what bill I will receive from Nashua..
