I heard an advert on the radio from nashua mobile last week claiming that they beat any deal and any network. No T&C apply is said or anything like that.
i have sent two deals i was offered by 8ta mobile for a new phone contract and new tablet contract.
The phone contract included porting my prepaid sim card to the 8ta network.
I sent this deal to Nashua Mobile who then told me that they only beat deals on MTN, Cellc and Vodacom. This is not mentioned in their advert.
Upon fighting with them i was told they would match the 8ta deal on the cellphone contract but a new number would be assigned as they cannot port to 8ta which is a as i spoke again to 8ta who confirmed that they are able to port. Nashua is not budging on the issue and are in my eyes in breach of their advert and therefore i approach yourselves for some guidance and assistanse.
i am still awaiting feedback as to whether i can get the tablet deal but i am tired of asking and begging them for a reply to my emails and questions.
As far as i am concerned this is fake advertising and everyone needs to know how they operate.
