False Contract

On Saturday the 11th of May I decided to apply for a contract with Nashua Park Meadows. I was advised that the deal was approved but becasue of out of stocks I'd receive the phone on Wednesday the 15th. Before that Id need to port my number from MTN pay as you go to the Cell C contract so it could be activated when the phone arrives. On Wednesday I got no call about the status of the phone but my number was cut off. I called on the Thursday and they told me that the phone would arrive on Friday. On Friday I went to the branch and they told me the phone had arrived in the wrong colour and they sent it back but in the meantime I could use the sim card in my old phone, which im struggling with. I asked why I was not called because the colour was not a big issue. I told them to cancel the port. On Tuesday the 21st I spoke to Obakile and Baatile at customer services and they confirmed the cancelation and that my number would be back in 24 to 48 hrs. They also mentioned a contract active on the 15th of May. I HAVE NOT SIGNED ANY CONTRACT! Friday the 24th of May I spoke to Marten/Baarnet who has the guts to tell me that the contract is active and that I must go sort it out with the branch
