No Business Line for 3 months

3 months is not an exaggeration. Telkom decided to do upgrades in our area and in doing so pulled the plug on my business line. There was no formal notification given to me that my service would be interrupted and for how long, the plug was just pulled. As a result i have now been without a line in my office for 3 months. I have an A4 page long list of every time i have called to enquire and who i have spoken to. I have been told numerous times that my complaint will be escalated (so what an escalation means nothing) and that someone from technical dept. will call. Well i have been told that three times and i am still waiting for the calls. The fault occurred while my secretary was out of the office and the number was forwarded to my cell. So now the number is forwarded to my cell and when my secretary is in the office I have to forward back to her cell. So every single incoming call is costing me money. It is clear that TELKOM is run like a jumble sale. The joke is they tell me to pay for my 3 months and then query it. FAT CHANCE TELKOM. What a cheek and i will not do that. all i can say is that TELKOM and we NEED A NEW SERVICE PROVIDER IN SOUTH AFRICA.
