I AM DUE FOR AN UPGRADE FOR ALMOST FOUR MONTHS NOW, BUT CAN NOT DO SO BECAUSE VODACOM ALLOWED SOMEONE ELS TO UPGRADE ON MY CONTRACT.
IT IS AN ONGOING BATTLE FOR FOUR MONTHS NOW. IF YOU PHONE THEM REGARDING YOUR PROBLEM, ALL THEY SAY IS: "PLEASE DON'T PHONE US, WE WILL PHONE YOU." WELL, I AM STILL WAITING.
I HAVE COMPLAINED ON VODACOM'S FACEBOOK PAGE AND THEY GAVE ME AN E-MAIL ADDRESS TO TAKE IT FURTHER, STILL NOT RESOLVED.
I SPEND HOURS ON THE PHONE DAILY WITH VODACOM AND NOTHING HELPS.
I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED, I HAVE BEEN A VODACOM CLIENT FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED
