Vodacom account and no-one cares

I received a notification that my account had been upgraded and my new phone was on its way.
Problem is, I did not upgrade my account. It took three calls each lasting 25 minutes to get confirmation that they had stopped the delivery of the phone.
I then tried to log in to the Vodacom4me website only to find that my OTP go to a number not linked to my account. I then had to call upgrades again who said they could do nothing about this as they don't deal with online. They also told me that they could not help reset the upgrade date and that the data support had to.
Data support then took another twenty minutes and told me it was impossible for another number to get the OTP and that I had to speak back to upgrades to reset the upgrade date.
I have spent over two hours on the phone for something which is clearly a VODACOM issue and the level of disinterest is disgusting. As a customer with data packages and multiple phones on their network, I will be cancelling all my services with Vodacom. There is clearly internal going on here with people who can access the internal OTP system. I have no faith in Vodacom account security and no longer trust them with my business.
