Vodacom has a bad service

Got new smartphone package. I ask vodacom cresta to make sure that they put a limit on phone which was not done. First months bill R1200. Next months bill. R3500, this is suspicious. phone vodacom, Speak to 5 different consultants, which are dam rude and need to learn proper phone etiquette. Conclusion, "data usage". How the did I use 3 grands worth of data? Impossible! They deduct cash from my account. I convert my account to a top up 315. to find out account was rejected by bank. vodacom blocks my phone. And I get another statement for R5500 . They say I must pay the R 3500 to reactivate my account. And next month the R5500. total of R9900. I phoned them back sat for 3 hours and was transferred between departments, speaking to 8 different people. all the people I spoke to were rude. They answer the phone like its their mothers house and treat me like I know nothing. Now My account will be audited it takes up to 14 days. And they wont reconnect. Im losing business. What the am I supposed to do now. I want to cancel my contract but vodacom wants to charge R18000.00. So no phone. I cant even afford to cancel my contract. Im stuffed. What now vodacom.
