I have had bad experiences in the past with other branches where the impression is given that sales assistants are doing the customer a favour by attending to them.

This is definitely not the case with this Vodacom Chatz branch situated at the Pick n Pay Hypermarket in Ottery.

The manner in which my upgrade was handled was super efficient and friendly and is highly commended. Well done!
