Disgusting Attitude

I have never been as angry with a company as I am with Chatz. I bought a battery from your Westgate Store. The battery I was sold is faulty as the phone switches off when the battery is at 50%. I took it to VODACOM SANDTON and they gave me a new battery as my phone is under warranty.
I tried taking it back to other Chatz shops without any luck. I phoned the Head Office and spoke to Liezel who was also unhelpful. I told her I would not return to Chatz to which she replied "that's fine".
I took it back to Westgate. The owner (Johan) told me "I don't care about your problem" and referred to SANDTON VODACOM staff as "monkeys".
They put the faulty battery in my phone and said it was working. If a phone works for 5 minutes does that mean the battery is fine? Johan threw a new battery in my direction and told me to leave. I DON'T NEED A NEW ONE
I am so disgusted with Chatz. Everyone from their head office to their stores haven't got a clue about customer service.
Johan is clearly a (referring to VODACOM staff as monkeys). Ive reported this matter to Vodacom, and I will be taking this further should I not receive a satisfactory response and apology from Chatz Cellular and Joha
