After experiencing bad service from a different branch, I would just like to thank Dimakatso and the other staff members of Chatz Cellular (Vodacom Chatz) in Festival Mall in resolving our problem imeously and effeciently. They truely go out of their way for their clients and make the experience worth while. Even though they are a sub-contracted company of vodacom, their staff are well trained and expertly skilled to assist in any situation. They truely live up to Client standard, and even though this report might not reach them, i would truely encourage people to stay away from Vodacom outlets and visit Chatz Cellular instead
