City Power Johannesburg (Pty) Ltd
Poor service

We converted to prepaid and the meter was installed yesterday. We cant top up as we are told that the meter reading number 145332703455 is not registered. We have no electricity since this morning because of the inefficient processes. We are told to go to the city power now becasue their processes do not talk to each other and now it becomes our problem as consumers, how ironic. I cant leave my work now as I had to also be at home yesterday to receive the city power appointed service provider who installed the meter. According to him he informed the city power of the installed meter at my place and now the city power is failing me and expecting me to go to their site for the isssue to be resolved. This is such poor service which is not acceptable.
