Thank goodness i had just checked my balance. I made one call today 3/05/2013 at 9.31am for 1min 14secs to an MTN local number and Virgin Mobile charged me close to R7. Then i called in to customer care on 123 at 9.34am and one Happy lady by name answered the call and after greeting me decided not talk anymore even though i could hear her chatting to her colleagues. I dropped the call and called back only to be told i was charged for 2 calls including the last one to customer care at 9.34am.

Boitumelo the second champ confirmed network upgrade and customers have complained and my problem would be looked into. My take is what of if i hadn't checked my airtime! My airtime has disappeared on many occasions which i don't complain because i lose count. I have complained several times and on two occasions my missing airtime have been returned. When will all this stop on Virgin Network? Is Virgin Moblie begging me to port to another network after four years of been with Virgin!
