The worst cellphone provider ever!!!

In October 2013 my 24 month contract was near expiry, so virgin mobile phoned me to upgrade. At first i was hesitant as i have been having network and billing problems but as it is easier to have a contract with a blackberry, it saves you the hassle of making sure you connected every month. So I requested to get a contract similar to my previous one which the sales person assured me is what i will be getting. So i get the phone and i put it on and here it doesn't work it says SOS i phone customer care they cant tell me what's wrong. still today i have not been using my new phone. and i have now been made aware that i only get 100mb data each month to use for bbm and Internet, i also cant use my R150pm airtime virgin gives me to buy data i have to load my own airtime. Another problem is that i get charged for my calls i make to the so called toll free customer care number, and on top of all the above my acc gets debited double or triple some months. this month they took over R800 off my acc but it should only be R239. Please tell me what is a women to do to get the service she deserves.
