MY AIRTIME HAS DISAPPEARED FOR THE SECOND TIME

To date, still no positive response from Virgin. In the interim, my airtime of over R1500.00 disappeared. Reported it to Virgin and to date nobody can answer to me what is going on with my lost airtime. I recharged with airtime again whilst the investigation was ongoing and to my surprise, that additional recharge of airtime also disappeared. Virgin is not being helpful at all. Why??? I'm becoming frustrated. Nobody can sort out these issues and in the interim I'm being cheated and treated in an an unfair manner. Issues and problems are now beginning to compound one another with this network and company. Can somebody really restore my faith in this failing company.
