No sense of urgency

Yes it is me again

Even after two weeks of reporting my issue with virgin mobile no action has been taken. NOW IF THAT IS NOT BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEN I DONT KNOW WHAT CONSTITUTE TO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I reported my case on 28 June- that i cudnt make outgoing calls or sms- guess what?? THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON THE PROBLEM. but i mean how long does it take to fix a "network" issue as they claim they have network issues? you upgrade your fone only not to be able to use it?? You have to buy airtime in order to use your phone??? I MEAN THERE IS A REASON WHY WE HAVE CONTRACT PHONES RIGHT??? SO THAT WE DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT BUYING AIRTIME.

I am very much interested to see what they are going to debit from my account because they are FAST TO GO GET THE MONEY BUT TOO INCOMPETANT TO ACTUALLY PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Talk about bad customer service!!! Virgin mobile-a serious pain!!!
