Is Virgin going bankrupt?

I have called the call centre a couple of times about my airtime going "missing", but no one can tell me why my airtime is going "missing". They promised to send me a report, but that was 2 months ago! I'm not getting a statement and now I don't even have network signal AT ALL!! Everytime I phone in they tell me to search for a network. DO YOU KNOW HOW FRUSTRATING THAT IS TO DO IT 5 TIMES A DAY?!! And it is not just my phone, my mother also struggles with the same problem. No one can get a hold of you, you can't do anything because the phones keeps on saying network not available. Did you not pay your rent to the other companies to use their towers or are you going bankrupt and can't pay the rent for the use of their towers? The only network I can register on is Cell C and they throw me off a couple of times a day. I can't even phone the customer service number most of the time. I will NEVER EVER upgrade with Virgin again and I will tell EVERYBODY not to get anything from you EVER!! You have the worst customer service and you can't even help your customers! PATHETIC!!!
