Customer must pay for network upgrades

Spoke to Tshego on Monday regarding my phone problem. She side she`ll get back to me on Tuesday by 12h00. I`m still waiting for her call. I got no airtime for May I can`t load airtime form Internet banking. I must look for ppl who sells vouchers. When I call the call centre I`m told about the upgrade they did and apologise for the inconvenience. what about my inconvenience? Its already a week how much longer is this going to carry on? What about the airtime I`m buying because of my networks problems? Does VIRGIN Mobile care about their Customers or is it only about the money?
