I had (still have) a problem with my SIM card which I went to swop, paid my R1 and apparently that sim was faulty. I then went back to swop the card, was told to pay another R1 for another sim to which I said I did not understand why i had to pay again regardless of the amount as my the sim was faulty to which the young lady said In front of everyone there 'That's ok I will psi for it out of my own pocket'! How rude, still the sim is not working with the 2nd sim as I have sheen told by the useless call centre it will now take 30 days. I was told the supervisor would call, still waiting 4 days later. The male staff at Hillcrest MTN Are just as rude, sniffing and snorting almost in your face with total disregard to the public, they chat and laugh between themselves not telling u what they r doing to your phone etc. very annoying trying to pry information out of someone who clearly hates their job. I dread going there but have no choice. On many occasions I have chatted to very angry and frustrated people who have the same complaints, totally disgusting MTN Hillcrest, KZN! Shocking more like it.
