Shocking and rude service

Samsung tablet went faulty in Dec (still under warranty), was told by Vodacom that they could not attend to the fault I had to bring it back in Jan. The tablet was taken in on 12 Jan. No feedback gets received at all regarding the status of the fault. Last weekend I went in & was informed that it was only a software update that was needed and that it would be ready for collection on 7 Feb. On 9 Feb I webt back into the store, they cannot find the job card or tell me where the tablet it. The so called manager promised someone would call me, nothing! He was rude and obnoxious and totally unhelpful. Status of tablet still unknown.
