Really poor service

I received my upgraded contract phone Mon 23 Dec. I called CellC 1pm to request my phone to be activated. The lady told me I need a macro sim swop, someone will call me in 2-4 hrs to do so. No call. Tues 24th Dec 11am I called back, gentleman apologized said I need a nano sim swop, he will activate it while I'm on the line, will take 2-3hrs. Nothing happens. 2pm I call back, lady apologises as I was given incorrect info, will prioritize my call, someone will call me in 2-4hrs. 5pm I call back very frustrated! someone will call me before shift goes off at 9pm. No call. So now I wait 2 public holidays. I call back 8:30am Fri 27th Dec, I speak to 4 people, each time doing a security check and telling my story to. Finally 9:30am the sim swop dept calls asking me detailed security questions only to tell me my SIM card has not been activated and she cannot help me. Someone will have to call me tomorrow!!! A whole lot of polite people who don't know what they're talking about, wasting my time and not delivering. I'm very frustrated cellc. I've been with cellc for over 10 yrs and this is what I get for being loyal! I will not use your rating service at the end of each call again either!
