UNHELPFUL AND RUDE

I have for the last many years (so have my family) used Shell in Hillcrest whether it being to fill up with fuel or use the quick shop, and many a times have we comes across being debited twice for purchases or the FNB cards not even being accepted. I had an incident where a used my cheque card to pay for a purchase & the teller had told me that the transaction had not gone through so I told the teller that if the transaction had gone through on my bank statement I would come & show her & if not come back & pay for this - I did go back & pay for this as it infact had not gone through & bought some more goods & paid for everything all at once - but this time they took the payment off twice & I showed the manager on site the messages & he looked at me saying 'messages mean nothing to me - I want to see bank statements' & that he would not refund me along with this my card has miraculously disappeared so I told him this & he shrugged his shoulders & did not give a dam, the fact here is that WILL NEVER use Shell Hillcrest again, they have lost a loyal client. IF the manager was kind and helpful and not rude it would be okay. I after all went back to pay and get re payed with rudeness
