Vodashom Clearwater management skills disgusting

I upgraded on 18/08/2013 on my moms cell all ok, the phone started giving problems on day 3 with SOS and insert sim errors. My mom took the phone back as vodacom have a 7 day return policies on faulty devices where they are obliged to swop out the faulty device.
I called vodashop Clearwater on the 25/08/2013 and asked the manager, they called the gentleman and thats where the problem started,
Rude as can be i say a manager of a store of that stature shop should at least have telephone etiquette!!!
So after that i query my moms cell on the status and he advises me that the phone has been sent in for repairs and that i must wait till the 26/08/2013 to get feed back. he advised to call vodacare and find out about the policy of 7 day swop out, i did and they said that all stores are obliged to swop out the device right away if return within 7 days.
I then called WIlliam CheChe back at clearwater telling him the info and he was as rude as can be he continuously interrupted me stating that their policy is wrong at head office and he was above vodacom.
He was Very rude and was fighting with me and screaming at me. Very disappointed, i told i want to cancel and get upgrade he said wait
