About 3 months ago I was at the ticket office at the Woolworths under cover parking and the young "lady" behind the counter was EXTREMELY rude to the woman in front of me. I was actually quite shocked. Since I only lost my card my transaction was quick and barely any verbal exchange.
On Friday, however, I got into the mall at 16:14 (on my watch 16:16) and came back out on my watch at 16:41 (thus should be 16:39 on their clock) but my 30 min free ticket was R9. Due to being short changed a few times with R1 I decided its the principle of the matter and went to the office. The same girl was extremely rude to me and I actually told her she was and rude, upon which she told me that "You wont speak to me like that! " and when I asked her name she refused. She actually told me that I and that I didnt put my card into the machine that I went straight to the exit to avoid paying.
I didn't and even told her I used the far left machine and the time.
I won't be parking in the paid parking in Centurion Mall anymore and I will definitely try to avoid shopping there again. Your service is pathetic and I don't have to deal with rude people who call me a.
